Account access, free and paid software, purchases and the consumer rights that apply across the VISINVOKE ecosystem.

Effective 12 October 2026

VISINVOKE PTY LTD · ABN 15 696 974 124 · ACN 696 974 124
Worldwide services. Mandatory local privacy and consumer protections remain applicable.

01

Company, services and these terms

VISINVOKE PTY LTD, trading as VISINVOKE (ABN 15 696 974 124; ACN 696 974 124), is an Australian proprietary limited company. Its Australian Business Register main business location is Queensland 4509, Australia. Contact support@visinvoke.com about services and contracts.

The ecosystem includes websites, accounts, a dashboard, the DCC, free and paid utilities, creative and professional software, security and technical tools, generators, RPG worlds and cloud features. The 324 dedicated product and discovery websites are a website count, not 324 distinct software products.

These terms explain common arrangements. The specific offer, checkout, product description and applicable product licence or additional terms determine what you obtain. Reading a page does not order a product or authorise payment. Terms requiring acceptance must be properly incorporated into the agreement; publication alone is not evidence of acceptance.

Services are offered internationally subject to product, device and service availability and applicable law. Mandatory local consumer and other rights are preserved.

02

15 full-version premium utilities, free forever

The 15 designated free premium utilities are complete, full-version products, free forever: no trials and no expiry. No credit card is required to create a free VISINVOKE account.

The 15 designated utilities are: VISINVOKE Backup Utility; VISINVOKE PDF Toolkit; VISINVOKE Image Toolkit; VISINVOKE File Converter; VISINVOKE USB Builder; VISINVOKE Presentation Studio; VISINVOKE Image Composer; VISINVOKE People Explorer; VISINVOKE Animal Explorer; VISINVOKE Music Explorer; VISINVOKE World Explorer; VISINVOKE Screen Manager; VISINVOKE Email; VISINVOKE Agent Control; VISINVOKE Plex Discovery.

This promise applies specifically to those 15 utilities. Paid products, subscriptions, optional cloud processing, purchased credits and separately priced features are not made free by it. A free account gives access to the designated collection and catalogue exploration, not every paid product, and does not authorise charges.

Verification, compatible devices and stated utility requirements still apply. The promise does not imply every feature operates offline or every future paid feature is included.

03

Registration and account responsibilities

Provide accurate information and keep your email and relevant details current. Have authority to hold the account and the legal capacity or required parental or guardian authority for the agreement. Acting for a business or another person requires their authority.

Protect passwords, tokens and recovery information. Do not impersonate another person or access an account without permission. Report unauthorised access to support@visinvoke.com. These terms do not make you responsible for every third-party act regardless of fault or mandatory law.

Verification and valid entitlements affect access. Contact support if account, purchase or entitlement records are wrong, without sending your password.

04

Desktop Command Centre and access

The DCC connects you to the ecosystem and products associated with your account. Installations and functions depend on the product, device and entitlement. Installing it does not buy every product or replace individual requirements.

Follow access and installation instructions and check operating-system, connectivity and permission requirements. Keep copies of important work using available export and backup facilities. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a subscription or close an online account.

Product pages and account links describe the access route. A discovery website is not a separate account or an automatic installer entitlement.

05

Paid offers, prices, currencies and taxes

Offers can include one-time or lifetime-labelled access, subscriptions, credits, bundles and optional purchases. Before payment, check the product, features, quantity, period and specific conditions. No universal lifetime cloud allowance or every future version is implied.

The selected checkout's price and currency, with taxes and additional charges disclosed before payment, apply to that transaction. Availability and taxes depend on the offer; these terms set no fixed global price. Banks and payment providers may impose their own conversion or transaction charges.

Stripe processes payment. Entitlements are linked to the purchase and payment status. Free registration does not agree to a subscription, credit purchase or later price change.

06

Subscription periods and renewal

Where offered, billing options include monthly, six-month and annual periods. The selected offer and checkout specify price, access and allowances. Not every product offers every period.

Recurring plans renew for the disclosed period until cancelled under the applicable arrangement. Charges and required notices are subject to the offer and mandatory law; these terms do not authorise undisclosed charges or substitute silence for required express consent.

Included allowances and purchased credits can differ. A billing period does not imply every allowance rolls over or every balance expires identically. Check the plan's conditions.

07

Plan changes and cancellation

Use account cancellation or management controls where available, or contact support@visinvoke.com identifying the product and purchase. A deletion request, uninstall or non-use is not itself a recorded subscription cancellation.

Standard cancellation stops the next renewal, with access and included allowances continuing until the paid-period end under plan conditions. Cancellation is separate from an immediate refund request.

Changes, quantities, charges, effective dates and credits depend on the specific subscription and information presented for the change. No universal proration rule is introduced here. Mandatory cancellation and remedy rights remain available if a request is not handled correctly.

08

Refunds and voluntary commercial policy

Mandatory remedies take priority over voluntary policy. Faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming supply can give rights after a change-of-mind period has ended.

The standard voluntary offer permits an eligible one-time or lifetime digital-product change-of-mind refund within three calendar days. Purchased credits are eligible within three calendar days only while unconsumed. Full refunds revoke corresponding paid entitlements; partial refunds and individual remedies depend on the transaction and decision.

Subscription cancellation does not ordinarily provide a voluntary change-of-mind or prorated refund. Access continues to period end. This does not exclude legally required refunds, cancellation, price reductions or other remedies.

Send purchase identifier, date, product and reason to support@visinvoke.com. Do not send card credentials. Statutory periods and withdrawal rights are considered separately from the three-day offer.

09

International consumer protections

No term, licence or voluntary policy excludes a non-excludable right. This includes applicable Australian guarantees, EU and UK digital conformity and withdrawal protections, relevant US consumer and renewal rules, and protections in other jurisdictions.

Australia: the Australian Consumer Law can provide guarantees concerning quality, description, fitness and due care and skill. Remedies depend on the failure and law and can include repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation. Major and remediable minor failures can have different remedies; a blanket 'no refunds' condition does not displace the guarantees.

EU and UK: applicable digital-content and service conformity rules can provide correction, price reduction or termination remedies. Required updates, pre-contract information and unfair-term protections remain applicable. Withdrawal is separate from non-conformity remedies.

US and other regions: applicable disclosure, unfair-practice, automatic-renewal, cancellation and digital-service protections remain available. These terms impose no arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or exclusive Australian forum removing local protections. Regulator and court avenues remain available.

10

EU and UK withdrawal and immediate supply

Where applicable, distance-contract rules generally give EU and UK consumers a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions. Downloads, digital content, ongoing services and mixed offers must be classified according to what is supplied.

Loss of a digital-content withdrawal right on supply commencing requires the necessary prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation. Starting a service early does not alone end that right: loss on full performance requires the applicable conditions. Lawful proportionate charges can apply to requested early performance before withdrawal.

Registration, reading terms, payment or generic acceptance does not replace required transaction-specific requests and acknowledgements. An unmet legal condition is not cured by these terms, and a right is not treated as lost without the required basis.

Notify support@visinvoke.com with an unambiguous withdrawal request identifying the contract, your name, contact details and date. No particular form is imposed here. Applicable law determines refund timing and exceptions.

11

Credits and optional purchases

Credits give the access or processing described in their offer, separately from owning software or subscribing. A selected action or cloud function can consume the balance identified for it.

Check the balance used, purchased or included quantity, and stated usage, rollover and expiry conditions. No universal expiry, transfer right, cash-conversion entitlement or rollover promise is introduced by these terms.

Refunds and reversals can affect the corresponding balance or entitlement. Voluntary unconsumed-credit conditions do not limit statutory remedies. Contact support about incorrect balances or charges.

12

Software licensing and permitted use

Access allows the use described by the offer and applicable licence, not ownership of VISINVOKE code, trademarks or supplied artwork. Free software remains subject to intellectual-property law and valid licence conditions.

Personal, professional, business, device, seat, export and commercial permissions can differ. Check the offer and licence before resale, redistribution, multi-user deployment or commercial asset use. These common terms do not invent a universal seat limit or commercial-use permission.

Third-party and open-source components retain their own applicable licences and notices. Lawful interoperability, reverse-engineering or other statutory exceptions are not removed.

13

User files and generated content

You retain rights you already hold in submitted files and content. Submit only material you have authority to use and respect third-party privacy, copyright and other rights. Software use does not grant rights to someone else's protected material.

Submission to a selected cloud feature permits the processing needed for the requested function under the agreement and privacy requirements. It does not transfer file ownership or grant an unrestricted marketing licence over confidential inputs.

Results depend on the product and provider. Check model, provider and product terms. These terms do not promise every output is exclusive, copyrightable, commercially licensed or free of third-party rights everywhere.

Review results before relying on or publishing them. They can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Creative, diagnostic, security and professional tools do not automatically replace judgement, permissions or professional advice. Mandatory quality and description rights remain protected.

14

Third-party services

A feature can use hosting, payments, email, generation or other integrations. A provider you connect may need its own account, permissions, subscription or terms. A supported connector does not mean every third-party service is included without charge.

Connect only with authority, and review transmitted information and provider terms. Third-party conditions do not remove VISINVOKE's own mandatory responsibilities.

Provider, network and device environments can affect availability. Do not assume every feature has an offline alternative or access to one provider grants all others.

15

Security and acceptable use

Use services lawfully with the necessary permissions for systems, accounts, files and people. Do not use them for unauthorised access, fraud, malicious code, unlawful surveillance, infringement, harassment or unlawful distribution of confidential or personal information.

Security, Technician, management and diagnostic actions require authority over the environment. Capability is not permission to monitor, lock, wipe, test or alter another person's device. Understand actions and maintain appropriate backups.

Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials or interfere with service integrity. Legitimate research and conduct protected by law remain protected. Report security concerns without exposing credentials or unnecessary personal information.

16

Support and availability

Contact support@visinvoke.com with relevant version, account or transaction details and necessary diagnostics. Do not send passwords, keys or recovery codes.

Availability depends on the product, entitlement, device, connectivity, maintenance and providers. These common terms promise no fixed response time or quantified uptime unless an applicable offer or agreement supplies one.

Paid-service changes remain subject to the offer and mandatory notice, conformity, cancellation and remedy requirements. This section does not silently replace the free-forever promise. Maintain copies of important work where export or local storage is available.

17

Access restrictions and ending a service

Access depends on verification and entitlements, which can change on cancellation, expiry, refund or reversal. Account and security restrictions must be considered under the applicable agreement and law.

Contact support to review an incorrect restriction. Legally required notice, challenge, refund and continued-access rights are preserved. These terms do not create a right to terminate every paid service arbitrarily without remedy.

Account closure, plan cancellation and work deletion are distinct. Consider exports and active services before requesting them. Ending access does not erase lawful billing records, claims or privacy obligations.

18

Responsibility and liability

VISINVOKE remains responsible as required by applicable law and the actual agreement. Nothing here excludes consumer guarantees, mandatory digital remedies or liability that cannot be excluded, including fraud where exclusion is prohibited.

Valid product-specific limitations apply only as legally permitted. These common terms impose no universal monetary cap, blanket consequential-loss exclusion or consumer indemnity for every claim.

Use software with permissions, backups and appropriate care. That does not transfer every risk to you or remove responsibility for non-conforming supply. A particular loss depends on facts, law and the valid agreement.

19

Governing law, disputes and contact

VISINVOKE is established in Australia and subject to Australian laws applicable to its operations. The law and forum for a particular contract or dispute are determined by applicable conflict-of-laws rules and valid agreements, subject to mandatory customer protections.

These common terms do not require international consumers to waive home-jurisdiction protections or bring all claims exclusively in Queensland. Non-excludable local regulator and competent court rights remain available. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed.

Contact support@visinvoke.com with the complaint, purchase or account and outcome sought. Informal contact is not a compulsory barrier to a statutory remedy. Company: VISINVOKE PTY LTD; ABN 15 696 974 124; ACN 696 974 124; main business location Queensland 4509, Australia.

20

Privacy, effective date and amendments

The Privacy Policy describes account, product, payment, tracking and support information and privacy requests. General registration is not consent to every optional processing purpose.

Effective date: 12 October 2026. Revisions will be published here with an updated date. Changes to existing agreements must satisfy valid terms and applicable notice, consent and consumer rules; publication alone does not authorise retrospective changes to paid commitments.

Read specific offers and product terms alongside these common terms. Mandatory rights prevail over inconsistent provisions. Support and contract contact: support@visinvoke.com.
